"I recently had a fantastic experience with Davonte Vincent. While a dealer was giving us a hard time to get a rebate on a new vehicle, he stayed on the phone with me for over an hour (past working hours) to make sure that I had all the information I needed to prove that we do qualify for the rebate. "My parents have been insured with State Farm for over 50 years. The current staff at John Stein’s office have been very helpful. My parents are in their mid-80s now on a fixed income and I help manage their finances. Last December, Devonte walked me through ways to save them money on their auto premiums. He explained everything well and my parents were satisfied with the changes we made. In February of 2025, Amy was helpful in updating our information and coming up with ways to communicate (using texts) with my father who is hearing impaired now. They also allow us to call the office directly to make a payment over the phone. All of these things have made managing my parent’s insurance needs easier as we navigate so many life changes."

"As with previous State Farm experiences, this one was outstanding as usual. The State Farm account representative, Lisa Grove, is a true delight to talk to and work with.
